Erin Cunningham serves as Chief of Staff to the Managing Director of VisionPoint Insurance Solutions. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Erin is a licensed insurance professional with more than six years of insurance experience, more than 14 years of customer-service experience, and extensive experience owning and managing businesses.

As Chief of Staff, Erin plays an essential role in the daily operations of VisionPoint Insurance Solutions. She works closely with the Managing Director to coordinate company priorities, support employer groups and individual clients, oversee administrative responsibilities, and ensure that applications, documentation, and client-service matters move forward accurately and efficiently.

Operational Leadership & Carrier Relations

Erin manages VisionPoint’s insurance-carrier portals and coordinates submissions with leading regional and national health insurance carriers, including Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Hometown Health, Health Plan of Nevada, Sierra Health and Life, SelectHealth, Kaiser Permanente, Prominence Health Plan, and others.

Her responsibilities include coordinating employer-group applications, employee census information, carrier proposals, underwriting requirements, enrollments, implementation, eligibility changes, renewals, open enrollment, billing matters, carrier follow-up, and ongoing administrative support. Erin also oversees credentialing, licensing, carrier appointments, contracting documentation, portal access, and other operational requirements that support VisionPoint’s relationships with clients, carriers, and professional partners.

Employer Solutions & Comprehensive Coverage

Through VisionPoint’s benefit partnerships, Erin helps coordinate access to additional carrier markets, association health plans, benefit options, administrative resources, and plan structures that can expand the solutions available to employer clients.

VisionPoint specializes in group health insurance and comprehensive employee benefits for small and midsize employers in Nevada and California. Erin supports solutions that may include medical, dental, vision, group life, disability, accident, critical illness, wellness, and other employer-sponsored and voluntary benefits.

Erin’s broader insurance experience also includes personal and commercial insurance, life insurance, annuities, retirement-income protection, business-continuation planning, and other insurance-based strategies designed to help families and business owners protect their financial futures.
