This opportunity focuses on helping business owners evaluate and implement employee benefit programs, including group health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and retirement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers
- Conduct benefit reviews and needs analyses
- Present employee benefit solutions
- Develop and maintain professional relationships
- Assist employers with enrollment and ongoing service
Qualifications
- Must be located in Las Vegas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and business mindset
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Good at using computers and modern software
- Sales, insurance, banking, HR, payroll, or business experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to obtain and maintain required insurance licensing
